We are so pleased to have you! We ask that you please remember that this barn is home to our beloved horses, a few special retirees, and our home. We are glad to share it with our horse community, but ask that you respect our horses, our other pets, guests, the facility, and us. Please take a few moments to read our barn rules.

Non-compliance will result in immediate removal and you will not be invited to return. These rules and those contained within our Liability Waiver are to ensure the safety and comfort of all horses and guests.

1) Turnout is NOT permitted in our pasture or arena.

2) No Pets Allowed. They can remain in your vehicle or trailer.

3) Overnight trailer parking is available upon request.

4) Please do not allow your horses to touch our horses or their stalls (stalls located on the south side of the barn are dedicated to our horses). Biosecurity and horse health are paramount to us. Given our facility set-up and with your help, your horse can go their entire stay without coming into direct contact with our horses or their space.

5) You are responsible for providing feed and caring for your horse during the duration of your stay. We are happy to feed owner-supplied feed at our typical feeding hours AM & PM, with your instruction.

6) By agreeing to stable your horse with us you are agreeing to the terms of our liability waiver. It is your responsibility to review this waiver prior to stabling a horse with us.

7) Payment and required health documentation must be provided prior to unloading. This is non-negotiable.

8) No Riding.

9) Handling, touching, or interfering with resident horses is prohibited.

10) In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to close doors to horse runs to reduce impacts on facilities and to ensure the comfort of all horses.
