Our lovely facility offers:
Spacious 16’ x 12’ oversized box stalls with large attached runs. Horses can have access to stall only or stall and run.
Flooring in each stall consists of gravel covered by rubber mats
Stalls are bedded with 1 bag of pine shavings. Additional bedding is available upon request at market price.
Automatic heated Hoskins waterers
Removable wall-mounted hay/grain feeders

Our primary focus is accommodating horses. We have a 15 amp RV plug-in available upon request. We respectfully ask that you respect our property, animals, and others.
There are many local restaurants, hotels, and amenities nearby.

Rates
Horse Hotel/Layover: $40 per horse per night
Space is limited. Booking in advance is highly encouraged. We have stall space for 4 horses. We can accommodate additional horses with outdoor options based on your needs.
Medical Board: $40 - $50/day. Please contact for more information and to discuss your needs.
Services
Overnight Horse Hotel:
Northern Colorado Horse Hotel LLC will provide a box stall with an attached run for each horse. Each stall has an automatic waterer* and comes bedded (1 bag of pine shavings 8 cu ft.) *You are welcome to hang and fill water buckets, if preferred. Additional bedding is available upon request in advance and at market rates.
You are responsible for providing feed and care to your horse during your stay. We are happy to feed your horses (feed you provide) upon request during our normal feeding hours at no charge.
We will clean your stall upon your departure and once daily if you stay for more than one night. You are welcome to clean your stall during your stay if you so choose. Health and safety is our top concern.
Horse Stay-Cations
Due to its popularity, we now offer short-term boarding to accommodate your travel needs. This is an extended stay short-term boarding option. We provide daily care including stall cleaning, feeding (owner-provided feed/supplements), and turnout in our large arena.

Requirements
1) By agreeing to stable your horse with us, you agree to all terms associated with our Liability Waiver. You are encouraged to review it prior to your stay.
2) Payment is due at check-in along with:

4) Proof of negative Coggins within the past 12 months
No hard feelings, if you don’t have the correct and current paperwork for your horses you cannot unload.

Driving instructions from I-25:
From I-25 take the exit for US-34 east towards Greeley for approximately 3.5 miles. Turn north (left) onto Colorado Blvd. (CR 13/Larimer County Rd. 1). Go approximately 3/4 of a mile and turn west (left) onto Golden Fields Lane. Take your first driveway to the left. Our barn will be directly in front of you.
